It comes to the end of KLWMBC 2009....
hee...dont know where i should start....
see if i can remember every single day~.~...

12/12/09
i woke up late that day...around 1pm...then Zac phoned me saying that got urgent meeting...
so...went to stadium at 2.50...
then went into secretary room and check out...seeing everyone is busy...
then i look around the secretary room's wall full of timetable and information...>.< all in hand written...lol
then ayieq ask us to wait outside, because as LO(Liaison Officer) cannot enter secretary room>.<
sienz...waiting for secretary updates is really bored..but we cant blame them...
so we LO just sitting outside...had our meal and playing cards game~...song~^^ haha
play UNO from 5 to 7.30 night...
so romantic la the stadium without light>.<
then had our dinner at KFC with Joyah,John and Iz.
well eating together on the floor...kinda malay style..but nice experience eating together on the floor>.<
after that we went to meet Jimmy...talk about Band schedule and ....chao...

last day of KLWMBC Volunteer before the event!...
i reach late...argh..cuz i am lazy hahaaa
so...we just did a round of Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony rehearsal.
so that about it...then we wait at stadium for our KLWMBC Pass....
omg man...waited whole also didn't get it....>.<
played UNO again after lunch...and wait..wait...wait..
helped the secretaries to put the band member pass into the tag...quite difficult to put..because
the pass size is just FIT....chao at 4pm

2 days before the event...we report ourself(LO) at stadium in the morning...
then ahpek suggest to go visit our band's Hostel....so we get permission and depart to...
SBU Hostel...the environment is good...hostel is good condition..the fan is working..the toilet is clean and no smell...the people around there is friendly and nice...
everything is OK!!

after that...chao to Pusat Kecemerlangan Cochrane...which doesn't sounds Kecemerlangan at ALL!...why?

saw? haha...imagine that hostel is before that day and is giving to Jawa Barat Drum Corp to stay...even the LOs also betahan...>.<
anyhow..i don't know what is the secretaries plan to do...so no comment =X

last day before the event~ band which is take care is Kwang Hua School Band from Klang
kinda song, because it local band and easy to talk, most important can learn together hahahaha
well....more over get to know more friends!!!! yay!! i like it^^
just like normal...band arrive at 11.45...then i just bring them to hostel and had lunch...
then check in...
then is their practice time...i just follow percussion section =P
kinda syok...percussion section only got 1 boy...so幸福 la the guy^^

and we went to pavillion for rehearsal with long jiet and edwin at midnight^^ so shuang lo...pavillion crowded with KLWMBC crew haha...like illegal gathering XP...

Street Parade Day 16/12/2009
quite disappointed at the weather on that day...we arried at Pavillion and it rained!!!!
walao..so dulan leh...i think everyone( KLWMBC crew) all get wet>.< and the band members also quite bo song....lol..got anot?
dont bo song la...not my fault...u ask the weather la...
so everything delay~ and the band arrangement reshuffled...so quite dulan again...and i forgot to say..my official KLWMBC Tee is XXXL....remain stock..haizzz
as the rain stopped..then we faster lined up to start our parade....we are in between Boonwattana Marching Band and Hong Kong Kiangsu Chekiang Girls Drum band....
due to the delay we don't have time to perform for the opening ceremony and just march out...
i know u guys must be sad...quite wasted effort...but it gaining experience and bring out your band name!!! that cool already XD...

as my conclusion for staying with them...
i do enjoy together with you guys..although i cant remember all their names..but we keep in touch through facebook...you guys had a really high spirit in band...seeing u all so serious in doing things..improving..taking care of each other...supporting each other..reminds me in Boy's Brigade life...lol>.<...good luck for next year competition to you guys..

tooked some photo before they leave....then i went back home and rest awhile...which is just 45min rest...then i went to assist Shaby to take care St Joseph School Band from Kuching Sarawak....yay!!! so i just introduce myself to the teachers and coach...
at 2pm we depart from Alam Shah hostel to Berjaya Times Square...the St Joseph band had a public performance at there...here is the..

woke up at 7.30....then went to Alam Shah hostel..prepare to bring the band member go times square again..for public performance...while the percussion went for Drumline battle...
i missed the drumline!!!!! haizz...then i meet up BB percussion and Kwang Hua people again..then eat together with them...and i leave my band behind..>.

KLWMBC Official Dinner
At: Victoria Institution
Time:7.30pm

well...i packed up again...and went back hostel..so we went to the dinner by bus together...
arrived there...and ate alot!!! woot...buffet style is the best!! i love the char kuey tiaw....
every food is so delicious...the drinks is sweet enough...haha...then we had fun together in the hall..dancing~singing~cheering...wooooo!!!! tooked some photos
and we just went back and sleep>.<

Grand final day!!!
woke up in the morning...and we went to watch Chonkanyanukoon Thai Marching Band having their practice....to spend our time...then went back in the afternoon...weather is raining again in the afternoon>.< the singapore band is having practice at Alam Shah field...
then i helped them to carry the pit percussion...the tympani is super duper heavy !!!!
argh..struggle in the rain~ luckily didn't caught cold...phew~...then went back hostel and sleep zz
around 3...went back home online again XD...around 6..went to meet edwin...so i bring him to stadium...and we just enter grand stand seat for free with st joseph band...hahahahaa
enjoyed the band performance...kinda like the satreewheethaya performance ( KLWMBC champion)...kinda regret didn't take some photo with other band...so just went back hostel with st joseph band..=(

woke up at 8.30 then wash up...prepare to go Mid Valley to spend our time....
so arrived at 10.30...the band member went to shop...cool...wearing SJS jacket walking in Mid Valley together..then i watch malay movie with shaby, wana and sebastian...walao..sienz lo...so keep on sms with Her~haha..but i still understand the movie can dy...lol..wasted rm10 for it...><
then we cabut back to stadium to return our payment voucher>.<
take KTM>Putra line> LRT> Taxi> stadium....zzz
wasted 1 and a half hour...
then taxi> Mid valley again...
then 8pm back to hostel >.<....what a day!!!!....bored...tiredz...
so..i went back home and say good bye to the band...=)...that it....

Welcome Back with Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band 2009 (KLWMBC)

Hey guys...I am back!
Sorry been missing for 3 month..exam,school,etc
But now it Holiday! so let kick start again!!!

holiday mood??

No!!!

Today i just went to sign up KLWMBC Volunteer Program
Well quite MANY people attended....the volunteer program is at VI Secondary School..so i just find my shortcut through the mosque and campus then walk to the school...along the way i saw VI student was having band practice...well it didn't attract me much, cause just some field warm up.

Then i just take the registration form from the staff....
then we move to a class room....sitting there watch last year KLWMBC08 video.
well, kinda boring to me...cause i watched a lot of times xP

then slowly the CEO came to give a wide briefing through the history KLWMBC...then the post of volunteer.then we divided in to classes( position of volunteer)
oh by the way...
I sign up for Liaison Officer.

it a tough JOB! well i hope i can make it...because out of 50+ volunteer they only need 30..
and i think i am the youngest volunteer in this position...
nothing much...we have a long ice breaking game!
oh my god man...it was tiring!
well it was kinda fun...form a big circle...start from one person to say his name with a funny action...then another guy have to repeat the action and say out his name and do an action..so it flow and flow...until me, luckily i am not the last guy!..but i was nervous and luckily people helped me behind whispering the name...thanks
then continue our briefing and history...lots of funny story la....kinda enjoy.
then we divided into 4 groups again...and my group got many girls(boy act like girl also got) LOL
got leng lui also elder than me!! walao...(hope they didn't saw this) XD
most of them were malays but the leng lui i see is chinese people...XD
ok then we introduce ourself again..i quite forgetful. so i just remember their faces.

Ok...then we head to lunch and last briefing then we dismiss.

So if you still want to be KLWMBC Volunteer, please come and ask me...this are the position

Liaison Officer
the one who will take care of the band throughout the competition period. Have the chance to mingle around with band members, see them practices, tours. Basically, a liaison officer will act as communication officer between the management team and the band.

Field Marshal
The one who is in charge of the venue during the competition. Assisting management, liaison officers and band members with rules and regulations, making sure the flow of competitions is running smoothly. Field Marshall also needs to take care of the venue which involve cleaning the stadium, security of stadium, etc.

Usher
Working with protocols and need to look good all the time. Ushered the VIP during dinner, prize ceremony, etc. Preferably hot chicks. Lol

Secretariat
The hardest task of all. Running the events. Handle the media, accommodation, F&b, transportation, problem solving- all the technical aspects in event managements.

KLWMBC will held from 9~20 December2009

street parade will at Bukit Bintang! Don't miss it!
Drumline Battle will held at Times Square!

This is Nan Hwa School Band, i recommended to watch this @@@@@ i rate 5 star for them~
unfortunately they got 3rd placing...

Highlight:
1) Percussion play de solo very nice and i like it
2) The style that drum major throw (like play golf) haha
3) Formation also nice, sound quality balance!

Terrengganu State Band Competiton
Champion: Chung Hwa Wei Sin(again)
